PRICE
The tour prices quoted are valid for the dates of the tour. Fli-Afrika Travel expressly reserves the right to adjust the tour price at any time due to currency fluctuations, airfare increases or any other unforeseen circumstances. Tour prices are based on the total package and no breakdown of costs will be provided.

RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS
Initial deposit due on confirmation of reservation.
Amount of deposit and payment terms are dependant on each individual event.
Fli-Afrika Travel reserves the right to cancel any reservation for which the total price has not been paid on the due date, in which event the deposit will be forfeited. Fli-Afrika reserves the right to withhold all travel documentation and event tickets until full payment has been received.

DELAYS
Fli-Afrika Travel does not hold itself responsible nor can it be held responsible for any delays prior to departure, or during the course of any tour, whether brought about by technical difficulties, strikes, weather conditions or any other foreseen or unforeseen situations. It is understood that any expenses relating to these unscheduled extentions (e.g. hotels, meals, telephone calls etc.) will be for the passenger's account

UNUSED SERVICES / AMENDMENTS
No refund will be considered for any unused services irrespective of whether they form part of the basic inclusive price or whether they are in respect of any pre-booked optional arrangements. The company will levy a R150.00 amendment fee for each alteration made to bookings after the initial reservation.

HOTELS
The hotels used for the tours, have been personally inspected by our staff and that of our agents in the respective city or country.

ITINERARY VARIATION
While every effort is made to keep to the itinerary, Fli-Afrika Travel reserves the right to make changes for your convenience. In some cases, weather conditions can necessitate an alteration in the itinerary and this does not constitute any reason for a refund.

PASSPORT, VISA AND RE-ENTRY PERMITS
It is the responsibility of the passenger to ensure he/she is in possession of a valid passport, visa and re-entry permit before departure. Fli-Afrika Travel will not be held responsible or liable for the client failing to ensure that he/she has complied with all such requirements.

DOCUMENTS
All passengers will be personally responsible for ensuring that they are in possession of the correct documentation prior to departure. The company does not accept responsibility for any consequences whatsoever arising from a passenger failing to ensure that he or she has complied with the necessary health, passport and visa requirements.

LIABILITIES
Fli-Afrika Travel makes every effort to ensure that all arrangements and services connected with your holiday will be carried out as specified in the most efficient and effective way possible. However we do not in some instances have direct control over the provision of services by suppliers and whilst they are in all cases selected with utmost care we do not accept liability for errors and omissions of such suppliers. Fli-Afrika Travel also accepts no liability for changes, by technical difficulties, weather conditions, strikes or communication breakdowns.

CANCELLATIONS
Should you wish to cancel your reservation for any reason, such cancellation must be made in writing and in such instances cancellation charges will be levied in accordance with the terms of each individual event.

PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE
Prices quoted do not include costs of obtaining visas and passports, telephone calls, laundry, entertainment arrangements not shown in the itinerary, meals and beverages, unless actually specified, and any other items of a personal nature.

SPECIAL REQUESTS
Please specify any special requests you may have at the time you make your booking. We accept special requests on the understanding that whilst we will make every effort to comply, under no circumstances can we guarantee that they will be met at your destination.

RESPONSIBILITY CLAUSE
The Company acts as an agent only in producing and operating the tours and arrangements featured in the brochure and on condition that it shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or any other irregularity that may be occasioned by any conveyance, or by error or default of any company or person engaged in conveying passengers carrying out the arrangements of the tour or otherwise in connection therewith.

AIRLINE RESPONSIBILITY
The passenger ticket in use by the airline when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airline and the purchaser of these tickets and / or passenger.

INSURANCE
The individual traveller is covered by insurance whilst on a Fli-Afrika Travel Tour. This price is included in the package. For more details speak to your relevant consultant.

BAGGAGE
A baggage allowance of 20 kilograms per person is permitted on international flights.

DRIVERS LICENCE
If passengers intend to drive a rental car they should obtain an international driving permit from their local AA office.

RECONFIRMATIONS
Passengers are reminded that they are responsible for reconfirmation of flights 72 hours prior to departure at any destination. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of a flight reservation by the airline.

TRAVEL DECLARATION
Fli-Afrika Travel requires that all foreign payments that are made on behalf of the passenger be deducted from the foreign exchange allowance of the passenger. Documentation will not be released until a declaration is received.
