Procedures to be followed

1. Full Package Option

 

  • Email or fax OFP through to Fli-Afrika together with a signed copy of the terms and conditions. (Should you require additional event tickets on and above the package tickets please complete an OFT (order form for tickets) and submit together with the OFP.
  • Fli-Afrika will advise confirmation status of your order depending on availability
  • An invoice will be drawn up for the relevant deposit.
  • Payment needs to reach Fli-Afrika Travel within 2 working days after invoicing to avoid automatic cancellation.
  • Periodic communication will be sent out requesting information such as passenger's full names, copies of passports etc. and further invoices for deposit due dates

NB - The Beijing Organising Committee had advised that the real-name policy will be applied to ceremony tickets. Therefore we are obligated to provide personal data and photos of all ceremony ticket clients to the Beijing Organising Committee by the 15th January 2008. Full details on this will be supplied.

Packages are quoted in Rands.

Payment terms:

  • 25% Initial deposit due on confirmation of your reservation.
  • Further 25% - 2nd payment due on or before 1st October 2007
  • Balance 50% - Final payment due on or before 1st February 2008

2. Event Tickets Only



  • Email or fax OFT through to Fli-Afrika
  • Fli-Afrika will advise confirmation status of order depending on availability
  • Note:
  • If tickets required are held in stock by Fli-Afrika, confirmation will be forwarded immediately together with an invoice for the required deposit.
    Payment needs to be made within 2 working days of confirmation to avoid order being automatically cancelled. Further invoices will be submitted as per payment structure detailed below.

Event tickets are quoted in Chinese Renmenbi (RMB) Yuan and will be converted to Rands on the day of invoice at the prevailing rate issued by Rennies Bank.

Event tickets will be sold at face value plus a 20% handling fee to a maximum of RMB 435 per ticket.

Payment terms:

If Tickets are held in stock

  • 50% - Initial deposit on confirmation of order
  • Balance 50% - Final payment 6 weeks after confirmation of order
If Tickets are to be specially ordered
  • 100% is due prior to placing order with Beijing

3. Optional Day /Add on Tours



These are optional day tours in and around Beijing and Add-on Tours around China

  • Orders must be put in writing and submitted through to Fli-afrika Travel (Give as much detail as possible)
  • A consultant will be in touch shortly to advise and discuss your request.
