Can I extend my stay at the respective destination?

Yes, however the extension must take place at the end of the tour in order to qualify for the group fare and is subject to availability of flights at the time of booking. This should also be done before the tickets are issued.

Can Fli-Afrika Travel assist me with additional accommodation if we are extending our tour?

Absolutely. We can assist with all breakaways.

Can I purchase just the event ticket from Fli-Afrika Travel?

Fli-Afrika Travel is not a ticket agent and therefore is only authorised to sell tickets incorporated with a package. Olympic Games is the exception to the above rule and tickets can be sold on there own.

Can I pre-book specific seating

In most cases the airline will allow pre-seating on a group booking, however some airlines do not allocate seats until you check-in

Will my Frequent Flyer miles be credited on packages through Fli-Afrika Travel

Due to group fares being issued for Fli-Afrika Travel packages, some airlines are reluctant to credit the frequent flyer miles. We will however put your request through, which will be at the discretion of the airline

Can Fli-Afrika Travel assist me with obtaining travellers cheques / foreign cash?

Yes Fli-Afrika Travel is happy to assist with your traveller's cheques/cash order through the foreign exchange bank. We will arrange a suitable day for you to collect this from our offices alternatively, arrangements can be made for a foreign exchange representative to meet you at your offices.

Can Fli-Afrika Travel assist me with the renewal or obtaining of a new passport?

No, the new law states that a passport, whether a renewal or new passport must be applied for personally by the applicant

Can Fli-Afrika assist me with my visas?

Yes, all original documentation, duly completed and signed, must be forwarded to us for efficient processing by the relevant Consulate. Please note that the embassies take from 3 to 6 working days to process a Visa application and accordingly the documentation must be forwarded to us timeously. An additional charge will be levied to you for this service.
